Agreement

By using this website or purchasing a website package you agree to these terms with Velvet Chair Web Studio, a division of Echelon Excellence Group LLC.

Website designs

Designs shown in our collection are original works of Velvet Chair Web Studio. Each design is sold to a single client. Once purchased, a design is marked sold and is not resold or reused. Sample sites use fictional businesses and licensed stock photography.

Pricing and payment

Package prices are one-time fees in U.S. dollars. A 50% deposit reserves a design and starts the build; the balance is due at launch. Typical launch time is about 3 days after we receive your content. Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are billed separately at cost.

Ownership

Upon full payment you own your website content, images you supply and your domain. We retain the right to show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions and refunds

Each package includes a round of revisions before launch. Deposits are non-refundable once design work begins; we will always work with you to make it right.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the package. We are not responsible for third-party services such as booking apps, payment processors or hosting outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
