Four corners
of the spectrum.

How we work together

The Tuesday
color huddle.

Every Tuesday morning, before the doors open, the team reviews the week's toughest formulas, corrections and transformations. You book one colorist — you get the whole lab's brain.

01

Peer-reviewed formulas

Corrections and transformations are planned with a second colorist before day one.

02

Ongoing education

Each colorist completes 40+ hours of advanced color education a year — and teaches it back to the team.

03

Shared formula book

Your file travels with you. If your colorist is away, anyone on the team can recreate your exact shade.
