How often will I need a touch-up?

Lived-in balayage grows out softly — most clients refresh every 12–16 weeks with a gloss in between.

How do I book?

Book online any time, or call or text us — we answer between clients and usually reply within the hour.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens. Please give us 24 hours’ notice so someone on the waitlist can take your spot; late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service.

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking is right outside, and the entrance is step-free.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount, in the studio or by phone, and never expire.

Can I bring inspiration photos?

Please do. Screenshots help us understand the shape, tone and finish you love — we’ll tell you honestly what will work for your hair.

What products do you use?

Professional, salon-only formulas chosen for hair health. We’re happy to recommend a simple at-home routine before you leave.

Do you take walk-ins?

When the book allows, yes. Call or text first and we’ll tell you the wait.

How early should I arrive?

Five to ten minutes early is perfect — enough time for a drink and a calm start.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Consultations are free for new clients and can be done in person or over a quick video call.

Is the studio accessible?

Yes. We are on the ground floor with step-free access, and our chairs adjust for every guest.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with your hair the way you normally wear it, unless your stylist asks otherwise — it helps us see your natural texture and part.
