I couldn't find hair that matched mine.
My hair is coarse, straight and so black it reads blue in the sun. Every extension I tried looked fuzzy or brown next to it, so I started sourcing my own hair and teaching myself fusion work in my parents' nail salon after hours.
Now that's my specialty. I keep a drawer of true 1 and 1B hair in Asian-texture cuticle, I place K-tips small enough for fine hair and I-tips sturdy enough for thick, and I cut everything in so it falls straight instead of bending out at the ends.

Questions, answered
K-tips or I-tips?
K-tips are smaller and last longer between appointments. I-tips need no heat and are easier to move up. I'll recommend one at your match.
Will they show in thick hair?
Thick hair hides bonds beautifully. The bigger risk is the ends bending differently; I fix that with the cut-in.
How long do K-tips last?
Three to four months, then a removal and a fresh install.
Can I color my extensions?
I can tone them darker. Lightening extension hair damages it, so I order the right shade instead.
Do you work on all hair types?
Yes, but my specialty and my hair drawer are built around straight, dense, dark hair.
Is the match really free?
Yes. Twenty minutes, and you leave with a quote and a hair order if you want one.
