The team

Founder · Color director
Odette trained in Montreal and New Orleans before coming to Hot Springs for the water. She leads every verdigris teal and green melt.

Senior colorist
Wynne mixes our sage washes and soft pastels and has never met a brassy blonde she couldn't calm down.

Colorist
Celine does emerald on dark hair, usually without a drop of bleach, and the jade vivids people drive in from Little Rock for.

Cutter
Rosalind cuts the soft layers and curtain fringes that make green hair look like it grew that way.

Curl specialist
Anton cuts curls dry and colors them by hand, coil by coil.

Bridal lead
Margot runs our wedding team, from green-haired brides to pastel bridal parties in the Ouachita hills.

Associate colorist
Juniper handles our patina glosses and the spring-water scalp ritual, and is quickly building a following of her own.

Odette's verdigris teal is the most beautiful color I've ever worn. It faded to a soft sea-glass and I loved every stage.
I wanted green that still looked grown-up for the office. The sage wash was exactly right.
Emerald on my black hair, no bleach, and it glows in the sun. Celine is a genius.
Margot did a mint bridal look with a flower crown for my wedding at Garvan Gardens. Every guest asked about my hair.
The scalp ritual with spring water is the most relaxing forty minutes in Arkansas.
Anton colored my curls jade one by one. They look like a garden.
My green melt grew out over three months and never looked muddy. It just looked like a choice.
