Why don’t you have men’s and women’s prices?
Because hair doesn’t have a gender. A short cut takes about the same time and skill no matter who is wearing it, so it costs the same. Long or very dense hair takes longer, so it costs more. That’s the whole system.
What if my legal name doesn’t match the name I use?
Book under the name you use. Your chosen name is what appears on your profile, confirmations and receipts. If we ever need a legal name (for example, for a gift-card refund), it stays private and is never spoken aloud.
Can I book a private room?
Yes. Our private suite is free for any gender-affirming service, wig fitting or first visit — just ask when you book. It has its own wash bowl and a door that closes.
Is vivid color going to wreck my hair?
Not on our watch. Every lightening service includes a bond builder, we strand-test anything risky, and we’ll tell you honestly if your hair needs a session or two to get there safely.
Do you do kids and teens?
Absolutely — including gender-affirming cuts for trans and nonbinary youth. Under 16 needs a supportive adult to book; we’re happy to chat with parents first.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Color and appointments over two hours need a $40 deposit, applied to your service. Reschedule free with 24 hours’ notice. Life happens — call us and we’ll work with you.
