Meet the founder

I'm Margaux, and I adore brides

I fell in love with bridal artistry assisting my aunt, a hairstylist in Lyon, on summer wedding mornings in tiny stone churches. Twelve years, two certifications and more than six hundred brides later, I still get misty when a veil goes in.

Petal & Veil began in 2014 in a sunlit studio above a Main Street bakery. Today our small team of five artists travels across the Hill Country — but every bride still gets the same thing: my full attention, a written plan and a morning that feels like a deep breath.
