Jolie spent ten years doing hair by day and slinging drinks by night on Frenchmen Street. Every service-industry friend she had complained about the same thing: salons close right when their day begins.
So Night Owl opens at 2pm and stays open until midnight. Book a cut before your shift, a color after last call, or full glam before the show.
