Meet Marisol
I was the bride they straightened.
On my own wedding day in 2011, a stylist ironed my curls flat and I barely recognized myself in the photos. A year later I had my license and one promise: no curly bride I touch will ever have to trade her hair for a hairstyle.
Now I travel across Central Texas with a kit full of diffusers, pins and botanicals. I build curly updos, half-ups and defined down-dos that still look like you, then stay through the first look so every curl is where it belongs.

- Deposit
- A 50% retainer holds your wedding date; the balance is due a week before.
- Cancelling
- Retainers are non-refundable but can move to a new date within a year.
- Running late
- Wedding timelines run tight — I build in 30 minutes of buffer for everyone.

Questions, answered
Do you only work with curly hair?
Curly, coily and wavy brides are my specialty. I style straight-haired bridesmaids too, so your whole party is covered.
Will my curls hold all day?
Yes. We test your products at the trial and I build the style around your curl’s real behavior, not a mannequin’s.
When should I book my trial?
Two to three months before the wedding, ideally the same week as your dress fitting.
Do you travel?
Within 40 miles of Waco at no charge. Beyond that, travel is quoted by the mile.
Can you work with a veil?
Of course. Bring it to the trial so I can place combs where they’ll hold in curls.
How many people can you style in a morning?
Up to six on my own. For bigger parties I bring a trusted curly-trained assistant.
