A shop that keeps good records.
Ledger Barber Co. opened in 2013 in an old print shop on 16th Street — we kept the name, the type drawers and the habit of writing everything down. Every client has a card: guard numbers, part side, beard line, the way you like your neck.
That ledger is why your cut comes out the same on Tuesday with Marco as it did on Saturday with August. Consistency isn't glamorous. It's just the whole job.
