Barber parlor · Brady Arts District, Tulsa

Two chairs. One hour. No rush at all.

An appointment-only barber parlor in a 1920s brick storefront — precise scissor work, hot-towel shaves and a full hour in the chair.

The parlor

The quietest barbershop in Tulsa.

Hollis & Pine has two chairs, one barber at each, and no waiting room — because nobody waits. Every appointment is an hour, whether you need it or not, so the cut is never rushed and the conversation never has to end early.

Inside, it's walnut, old brass, a record player and a pine-and-vetiver tonic we mix ourselves. Outside, it's the Brady District. In between is the best hour of your month.

It's the only appointment in my calendar I've never moved. A full hour with no phone and the best cut in Tulsa.
Graham T.The Parlor cut
Walt's Thursday shave is a religious experience. Three towels, a story about 1983, and the closest shave of my life.
Ben O.Straight-razor shave
Brought my groomsmen in the morning of the wedding. Whiskey, records, five sharp cuts. Everyone still talks about it.

Teo fixed a beard another shop had butchered. Took his time, explained everything, and it's never looked better.
