The scale
She started weighing every formula, to the tenth of a gram, and logging it. Clients started calling it the gold standard.
Open late
Las Vegas works nights. So does the lab: until ten on Fridays and Saturdays.
The gloss lab
A six-seat gloss bar for forty-five-minute top-ups between color visits. It never closes on time.
Seven colorists
Each colorist trains for a year in the lab method before touching a scale.
