Barber lounge · Fort Worth Stockyards
A low-lit barber lounge in a 1910 brick saddle shop — straight-razor shaves, hot towels, a pour of something brown and the sharpest cuts west of the Trinity.
The work
The lounge
Cole Brannigan restored a century-old saddle shop on North Main and filled it with brass, leather and the warm glow of Edison bulbs. Seven barber chairs face a long walnut bar; the hot-towel cabinet never cools.
Book a cut, a shave or the full Smoke Ritual. Pull up a stool while you wait. Every visit ends with a splash of bay rum and a firm handshake.

Steam the towel. Strop the razor. Pour the bourbon. Take your time — the best work in this town was never rushed.

Javi's four-towel shave with a pour of bourbon at the end. I've never felt more civilized.
The Smoke Ritual is an afternoon well spent. Cut, shave, facial — I walked out a new man.
Thaddeus has given me the same perfect fade every two weeks for four years.
We did the groomsmen in the lounge before the wedding. Whiskey, hot towels, nine sharp men. Legendary.
Nico's pompadour holds through a two-step night at Billy Bob's. That's all I need to say.
Brick, brass, leather and Edison bulbs — best-looking barbershop in Texas.
Rafael finally fixed my lopsided beard. Symmetry achieved.
