The first-haircut wall
The first kid through the door got a certificate. Now there are 5,200 of them on the wall by the register.
Eight chairs
We grew one chair at a time, hiring barbers who can talk football, hold a straight razor steady and calm a crying toddler.
Game days
On home-game Saturdays we open at seven, hand out crimson streaks and keep the pregame show on every TV.
