Woman in a navy dress reclining on a chair, very long dark hair cascading to the floor against a deep blue backdrop

Est. 2009 · Uptown Corpus Christi

Length, built to last.

A proper extension house on Mesquite Street — hand-tied wefts, keratin bonds and wedding-day length, installed with old-fashioned craft and a lifetime of Gulf-humidity know-how.

The house

Seventeen years on the same corner.

Maggie Calloway opened Admiral Extension House in her grandfather's old chandlery in 2009, back when most salons in town wouldn't touch extensions. She kept the brass fittings, the plank floors and the hand-painted sign out front.

Every install here is fitted like a uniform: measured, tailored and inspected. And every one is built to stand up to salt air, sun and the kind of humidity only the Coastal Bend can deliver.

Three rows of hand-tied and a whole summer on the water. Not one bead slipped. Maggie builds them like boats.

Rosa's bonds went through a sailing regatta and a hurricane evacuation. Still perfect.
