The studio

Warm color, done cool-headed.

Lucia Herrera spent her twenties trying to keep warm color from turning brassy. At Terra & Tint she built a whole method around it: layered formulas, pH-balanced glosses and a gloss bar for the in-between weeks.

Six colorists now paint copper, caramel and auburn in a bright corner studio on 32nd Avenue, where the mountain light keeps everyone honest.

Lucia's copper is the first that hasn't turned orange in a month. It just gets more golden.
