A bride from behind with a flower-crowned updo, framed by dark velvet curtains

Bridal cuts & styling · Pensacola

The best wedding hair starts with a haircut.

I shape your hair months before the wedding so the updo, the waves and the veil all fall into place on the day.

Rosa Delgado, Bridal cut & style artist

Meet Rosa

Seventeen years of brides, one at a time.

I started sweeping floors at my aunt’s salon on Ayers Street when I was fifteen, and by twenty I was doing the hair for every cousin’s quinceañera and wedding in the family. What I learned: the style only holds if the cut underneath is right.

So I do it differently. Every bride gets a cut plan — three appointments spaced out before the wedding — so your layers, your length and your face-framing are exactly where your style needs them. On the day, I come to you with the coffee.

Con amor, Rosa

Kind words from the chair

Rosa started on my hair five months out. By the wedding my layers were perfect for the low chignon and it held through the beach portraits.
Valeria G.Bridal cut plan
She did my quinceañera hair twelve years ago and my wedding hair this spring. Nobody else touches my head.
Daniela R.Wedding-day bride
Calm, early and funny. My mom and five bridesmaids were done before the photographer even arrived.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Why do I need a cut plan?

Because the style is only as good as the shape underneath. Three visits let me build layers and length that work with your updo or waves.

When should I start?

Four to six months before the wedding is ideal. Two months still works for most brides.

Do you travel to venues?

Yes, anywhere in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze at no charge. Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are quoted by the mile.

Can you work with a long veil in the wind?

That’s Pensacola life. I anchor combs into braided bases so they don’t move.

Do you do quinceañeras?

Of course. They’re how I started.

How many people can you style on the day?

Up to six on my own. For bigger parties I bring an assistant I’ve trained.
