We painted the walls pink so you'd feel at home.
Bea opened Pastel Punk after years of being the only out stylist in salons across Acadiana. She wanted a place where a nonbinary teenager, a retired schoolteacher and a drag queen could all book Saturday morning and feel equally fussed over.
Nine years later we're five stylists, one very pink room and a reputation for curly cuts and pinks that stay pink. Pricing is by hair length and time, never by gender. And yes, there's always king cake in season.
