Meet Hana

Less color, more shine.

I trained in Osaka and in Dallas, and the best colorists in both cities taught me the same thing: the most beautiful color is often the least. A gloss, a half-shade warmer, a few hand-painted pieces around the face.

I work alone in a quiet suite off the Baltimore Avenue courtyard. I listen first, I test on a strand, and I would rather tell you your natural color is already lovely than sell you something you do not need.

Good to know

Questions, answered

What does a gloss actually do?

It seals the cuticle, adds shine and can shift tone slightly. It lasts four to six weeks.

Will it damage my hair?

Glosses are acidic and gentle. Most of my services use no bleach at all.

Can you lighten me a lot?

One or two shades, yes. For big changes I will refer you to a blonde specialist.

How often should I come in?

Every six to eight weeks for gloss clients.

Do you cut hair?

Fringe and dusting trims with color. Full cuts go to two cutters I trust nearby.

Is there a patch test?

Yes, 48 hours before your first permanent color.
