Meet Hallie
Hi, I’m Hallie. I collect pinks.
I dyed my own hair cotton-candy pink in a dorm bathroom at Texas State and ruined a towel, a sink and my ends. Learning how to do it properly became my whole personality.
Now I mix every pastel by hand in my little studio on Hopkins Street. I lift slowly with a bond builder, I tone in layers, and I send you home with a pink-safe shampoo and a plan for when it fades into something even prettier.
xo, Hallie

Kind words from the chair
My pink faded into a peachy blonde I liked even more. She said it would and it did.
Hallie took me from box-dye brown to pastel over two visits without frying anything.
The peekaboo panels are my favorite secret. Work sees nothing, the weekend sees everything.

Good to know
Questions, answered
How long does pastel pink last?
About four to six weeks. Cold water and a pink-tinted conditioner stretch it.
Can I go pink from dark hair?
Yes, but usually over two visits so your ends survive.
Will it damage my hair?
I lift slowly with a bond builder and stop when your hair says stop.
Do you do other colors?
Peach, lilac and soft blondes, yes. Neon, no; I send that to a friend.
Do I need a consult?
Yes for new clients. It is free and takes twenty minutes.
What should I bring?
Three photos of pinks you love and one you hate.
