Hi, I'm Celeste.
I trained in Paris and Los Angeles before bringing the slow-color philosophy home to North Texas. My chair is one-on-one: no double booking, no assistants rushing your toner, no surprises.
I specialize in lived-in blonde for busy women who want to look expensive with three or four visits a year — and in rescuing blonde that's gone brassy, banded or broken.
