Mina Sato-Reyes grew up under the cherry trees at Portland's waterfront and built Blossom & Bleach around that blush-pink week every spring. Pastels are delicate, so we are not.
Every service starts with a strand test and a clean, bond-protected lift. Then eight colorists paint rose, lilac and peach by hand, and send you home with a cold-rinse plan and a color-depositing conditioner mixed to your shade.
